The person who booked us was patient and friendly with all my questions. The bus itself was clean and the ride was smooth. Made our celebration feel special without any of the stress.

Doral's location — tucked between the Palmetto Expressway and the Dolphin Expressway, minutes from Miami International Airport — makes it one of Miami-Dade's fastest-growing hubs. Party Bus Coral Gables gives Doral groups easy access to a fleet of minibuses, party buses, and charter buses with all-inclusive pricing in under 30 seconds. Call 645-654-9620 to get started today!

Party Bus Coral Gables has spent more than 15 years helping South Florida groups move the way they want to move — together, on time, and without the usual headaches of I-836 at rush hour or NW 87th Avenue on a Friday night. We have handled everything from corporate shuttle runs between the Doral Technology Park and downtown Miami hotels to quinceañera parties rolling into banquet halls in Sweetwater, and every kind of group trip in between.
When you call 645-654-9620, you reach a 24/7 reservation team that knows this part of Miami-Dade well — the back-up on the Dolphin Expressway inbound to MIA, the cash-only parking lots near Hard Rock Stadium, the one-way grid inside Wynwood on a Saturday night. We match your group to the right vehicle from our network, quote you an all-inclusive price in under 30 seconds, and keep a single point of contact with you from the moment you book through final drop-off. No hidden costs, no sticker shock at checkout, and no figuring out who is the designated driver for the night.
That's the Party Bus Coral Gables difference.
We give Doral groups access to Sprinter vans, 14-passenger Sprinter limos, 15- to 50-passenger party buses, 15- to 35-passenger minibuses, and 40- to 56-passenger charter buses. Whether you are moving a four-person VIP transfer from MIA to a Doral hotel or shuttling 56 employees from the Doral Business District to a company event, the right vehicle is one call away.
Party buses in our Doral network come loaded with color-changing LED cabin lighting, a full-length onboard bar, wraparound perimeter seating, premium Bluetooth sound, and flat-panel TVs — built for bachelorette nights, milestone birthdays, and quinceañera celebrations where the ride itself is half the party. Minibuses offer powerful climate control and plush reclining seats, making them the smart pick for corporate shuttles along SR-836 or wedding guest loops between Doral hotels and Coral Gables venue spaces.
Full-size charter buses step it up further: reclining seats, overhead storage, WiFi, power outlets, onboard restrooms, and deep undercarriage bays that fit luggage, trade-show equipment, and beach gear without anyone hauling a bag up the aisle. ADA-accessible vehicles are always available — just let us know when you book.

Doral party bus and charter bus rental pricing through Party Bus Coral Gables runs as follows: 14-passenger Sprinter limos start at $170–$344/hour; 15–20 passenger party buses run $204–$378/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses run $244–$414/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses and minibuses run $294–$490/hour; and 40–56 passenger charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day.
Exact pricing depends on your date, the total hours needed, your pickup location, and the vehicle size — but you will always see the all-inclusive number before you ever confirm a booking. Weekend dates near Ultra Music Festival in March, Art Basel in December, and prom season (April–May) move fast. The earlier you lock in your date, the more options we can put in front of you.

Doral sits at the intersection of some of Miami-Dade's most congested corridors — the Palmetto (SR-826), the Dolphin (SR-836), and NW 87th Avenue all converge in and around the city. Getting a group of any size across town without someone getting stuck behind a semi on the 836 ramp or circling a parking structure at MIA takes a plan. Party Bus Coral Gables is that plan.
Since 2011, we have handled group transportation for thousands of South Florida trips — school field days, corporate off-sites at the Doral Golf Resort, quinceañeras at luxury banquet halls off NW 97th Avenue, and fan buses heading up the Palmetto to Hard Rock Stadium. Our 24/7 team knows which approach roads close on Dolphins game days, which MIA terminal doors accept commercial bus pickups, and which parking structures near Brickell Avenue fill up by 7 p.m. on a Saturday.
You get all-inclusive quotes in under 30 seconds, a network of vehicles sized for every headcount, and a reservation team that is reachable around the clock — including at 2 a.m. when the after-party is winding down and your group needs a ride home. Call 645-654-9620 any time.
From MIA airport transfers and corporate shuttles along the Dolphin Expressway corridor to bachelorette nights in Wynwood and fan buses to Hard Rock Stadium, Party Bus Coral Gables handles every kind of group trip out of Doral. Whatever brings your group together, we have a vehicle and a plan ready. Call 645-654-9620 to get moving today!

Doral is roughly four miles from the terminal curb at Miami International Airport (MIA) (2100 NW 42nd Ave, Miami, FL 33142) — a drive that takes under 10 minutes when the Dolphin Expressway is clear, but can stretch to 30-plus when inbound traffic backs up at the NW 42nd Avenue interchange. For groups flying in or out, that unpredictability is exactly why a private Doral airport shuttle bus makes sense.
Commercial bus pickup at MIA is curbside on the Arrivals Level (Level 1): Door 15 at the North Terminal (Concourse D), Doors 20, 24, and 26 at the Central Terminal, and Doors 31 and 34 at the South Terminal. Have your group coordinator call our team once the full group has collected luggage and is at the agreed-upon arrivals door — MIA allows approximately 30 minutes for commercial bus loading, so timing the call right keeps things moving smoothly. For cruise groups transferring through MIA on embarkation day, a direct run down SR-836 to PortMiami's North Cruise Boulevard is the cleanest option — no scrambling for taxis, no splitting the group across three rideshares.
We recommend reviewing the official MIA ground transportation page before your arrival date. Call 645-654-9620 to book your Doral airport shuttle today.

The night belongs to you — and the best way to own it across Miami-Dade is from a party bus that runs on your schedule, not last call's. Starting in Doral and heading east, a Doral bachelorette party bus rental can take your crew to rooftop cocktails at Sugar in Brickell (1 SE 3rd Ave, Miami, FL 33131), dancing at LIV at Fontainebleau (4441 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33140), and late-night revelry at E11EVEN Miami (29 NE 11th St, Miami, FL 33132) — a 24-hour club that stays open until sunrise — all without anyone drawing the short straw on staying sober for the ride back on the Palmetto.
Our 15- to 50-passenger party buses come with a full-length bar, color-changing LED lighting, Bluetooth sound, and flat-panel TVs. There's room for the whole squad and then some, and our 24/7 team will plan the routing around your stop list so you never waste 45 minutes hunting for parking on Collins Avenue at 1 a.m. Call 645-654-9620 to start planning your Doral bachelorette night!

Miami-Dade's quinceañera and Sweet 16 scene is one of the most vibrant in the country, and Doral is right at the heart of it — the city is home to numerous upscale banquet halls and event venues along NW 87th Avenue and the Dolphin Expressway corridor. A party bus arrival at Casa Bella Event Center, Versailles Banquet Hall, or any of the dozen beautifully appointed reception venues in the western Miami-Dade area turns heads before the party even starts.
Our party bus network lets you pre-load a custom playlist, coordinate a color scheme, and pick a vehicle sized to your group — no paying for 50 seats when you need 25. For adult milestone birthdays heading to rooftop bars in Brickell or late nights at E11EVEN Miami, a Doral party bus keeps all your guests together instead of scattering them across three separate Ubers with no guarantee of arriving at the same time. Call 645-654-9620 any time to plan your Doral birthday celebration!

The nearest major concert venues to Doral sit 10–20 miles east and south, but every route into them on a show night turns into a parking ordeal your group should not have to deal with. The FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park (301 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132) packs the downtown waterfront; Biscayne Boulevard northbound turns into a standstill after the show ends, and rideshare surge pricing spikes sharply. Kaseya Center (601 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132) offers an official bus and taxi drop-off at Gate 3 on NE 8th Street — steps from the main entrance — which a Doral concert bus rental reaches cleanly via I-95 South before the post-show exodus begins.
For Hard Rock Stadium concerts in Miami Gardens, your group boards in Doral, and the bus takes the Palmetto north to NW 27th Avenue before road closures force the detours — arriving at the NW stadium drop point while rideshare passengers still queue at Lot 44, a 25-minute walk from the gates. Party buses in our network come with a built-in bar, LED lighting, and Bluetooth sound to keep energy up from your Doral pickup to the first song. Call 645-654-9620 for an instant quote on Doral concert bus transportation!

Doral is one of Miami-Dade's primary corporate corridors — home to major offices along the Doral Technology Park, NW 87th Avenue, and the International Corporate Park near NW 36th Street. Getting employees, clients, or conference speakers between Doral campuses and downtown Miami venues without losing half the group to SR-836 congestion is exactly the kind of problem a corporate minibus or charter bus solves.
Shuttle runs between Doral office parks and the Miami Beach Convention Center (1901 Convention Center Dr, Miami Beach, FL 33139) are a frequent request during Art Basel in December and eMerge Americas in spring — both events that spike rideshare pricing to two or three times the normal rate and fill the 8'2"-clearance garage beneath the convention center. A charter bus drops your team at the Washington Avenue commercial entrances and waits off-site, keeping your schedule intact while the rest of the attendee base circles for parking. For recurring shuttle needs between Doral and Brickell or the Miami Airport hotel district, our reservation team can build a custom route that works around your daily start and end times.
Call 645-654-9620 to set up your Doral corporate shuttle.

Family reunion spanning multiple generations and heading to Zoo Miami? Church retreat making a day trip to the Florida Keys? Corporate sponsors heading to the National Western Stock Show or a private gallery opening during Art Basel week?
Whatever the occasion, a Doral private charter bus rental keeps the whole group on the same itinerary instead of splitting into a five-car caravan that gets separated at the SR-826 interchange.
Doral groups planning visits to multiple Miami-Dade attractions in a single day — say, a morning at Jungle Island (1111 Parrot Jungle Trail, Miami, FL 33132), lunch in Little Havana along SW 8th Street, and an afternoon at the Pérez Art Museum Miami (1103 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132) — benefit enormously from one bus that parks once and moves between stops while your group does the exploring. Biscayne Boulevard and downtown Miami surface lots fill up fast on weekends, and a single charter bus cuts out every parking decision your group would otherwise have to make. Call 645-654-9620 to build a custom private event plan for your Doral group!

Prom season in Miami-Dade runs hard from late April through May, with high schools across Doral, Hialeah, and the western suburbs all staging events within a compressed six-week window. Demand for party buses and charter buses spikes sharply every year during this period — the schools closest to Doral include Ronald W. Reagan/Doral Senior High School (8600 NW 107th Ct, Doral, FL 33178) and Miami Lakes Educational Center, and both draw from a large student population. Book by December or expect premium pricing and limited availability for spring prom dates.
A typical 6-hour prom rental — school pickup, photo stop at Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, venue drop-off, and after-party return — runs $1,800–$2,200 all-inclusive when booked 4–6 months early, versus $2,800–$3,500 or more for last-minute bookings. Parents and student committees across western Miami-Dade trust Party Bus Coral Gables to keep the night on schedule and every student accounted for. Call 645-654-9620 today to lock in your prom date before the window closes!

School administrators and teachers across Doral know how much coordination a field trip takes even before the buses show up. Juggling parent volunteers, permission slips, and carpool logistics adds stress the school day does not need. A Doral school field trip bus rental through Party Bus Coral Gables cuts out the carpool scramble entirely — one vehicle, one pickup, one drop-off, and every student accounted for from departure to return.
Popular Doral field trip destinations include Frost Science Museum (1101 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132), Zoo Miami (12400 SW 152nd St, Miami, FL 33177), HistoryMiami Museum (101 W Flagler St, Miami, FL 33130), and the Everglades National Park main visitor entrance about 40 miles southwest of Doral. Charter buses in our network offer TV monitors and DVD players to keep students engaged on longer drives, overhead storage for lunchboxes, and onboard restrooms for field trips to Everglades or the Keys that run four hours or more. ADA-accessible buses are always available — just let us know when you book.
Call 645-654-9620 to coordinate your Doral school transportation today!

Doral's position on the Palmetto Expressway makes it one of the best-positioned neighborhoods in Miami-Dade for getting to major sports venues — but "well-positioned" and "easy" are not the same thing on a Dolphins game day. The Palmetto corridor heading north toward Miami Gardens backs up for miles on game days, and NW 199th Street closes hours before kickoff. Rideshare pickup at Hard Rock Stadium (1 Hard Rock Stadium Way, Miami Gardens, FL 33056) drops fans at Lot 44 at Betty T. Ferguson Recreational Complex — a 25-minute walk from the stadium gates — while a charter bus out of Doral rolls straight to the NW stadium corner for direct gate access.
For Miami Marlins games at loanDepot park (501 Marlins Way, Miami, FL 33125) in Little Havana, parking in West Lot 3 (1680 NW 5th St) costs $100/game and must be pre-purchased — one bus permit replaces what would otherwise be multiple individual parking costs for separate cars. Miami Heat games at Kaseya Center (601 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132) offer official bus drop-off at Gate 3 on NE 8th Street, steps from the main entrance. Call 645-654-9620 for Doral sporting event bus rental pricing!

Doral and the surrounding western suburbs host dozens of weddings every weekend across upscale banquet venues, hotel ballrooms, and outdoor event spaces. Getting guests from hotel room to ceremony to reception without someone getting lost on NW 87th Avenue in formal wear is exactly the problem a Doral wedding shuttle solves.
If your ceremony is at The Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables (1200 Anastasia Ave, Coral Gables, FL 33134) or your reception is at a Doral-area venue like The Palms Banquet Hall, a minibus running continuous loops between your hotel block and venue entrance keeps your timeline tight and your guests comfortable — no one circles the parking structure, no one gets rained on walking four blocks, and no one misses cocktail hour because they got turned around on the Dolphin Expressway. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo handles the bridal party and wedding party pickups on the wedding day itself. Because Party Bus Coral Gables has handled wedding transportation across South Florida since 2011, clear pickup windows and staged departures are standard — not a surprise.
Call 645-654-9620 for a free Doral wedding transportation quote!

Doral's dining and nightlife scene has grown rapidly along the NW 36th Street and NW 87th Avenue corridors, and the broader Miami-Dade craft beer and winery circuit is within easy reach. A Doral pub crawl bus rental keeps your group together from the first tap to the last call — no one splitting into separate cars, no one trying to figure out who is sober enough to drive across the Palmetto.
Start with a local craft pour at Tripping Animals Brewing (2685 NW 105th Ave, Miami, FL 33172), then head east to the lush tropical courtyard at Cerveceria La Tropical (2900 NW 22nd Ave, Miami, FL 33142) — the historic brewery that traces its roots to pre-revolution Cuba — and close out the evening at The Tank Brewing Company (5100 NW 72nd Ave, Miami, FL 33166), the city's largest brewery by volume, just minutes from Doral. For wine-focused groups, Schnebly Redland's Winery in Homestead is a 45-minute drive south with a gorgeous tropical tasting room and a food menu worth planning around. One party bus, one flat rate, and absolutely no designated driver debates.

The person who booked us was patient and friendly with all my questions. The bus itself was clean and the ride was smooth. Made our celebration feel special without any of the stress.

Nikolai R.
We packed the bus with friends and had the best time. Music going, drinks cold, and not a single worry about driving home. Pickup and drop-off were both right on time.
Maya E.
Such a fun way to spend an evening with the group. The bus was comfortable, the route worked perfectly, and the whole thing came together easily. I'd book this again in a heartbeat.
Roland H.
Everything ran like clockwork. They were prompt, the bus was clean, and the price was fair and clear. It took a complicated group plan and made it completely painless for me.
Doral party bus rental prices depend on vehicle size, your date, and how many hours you need. As a guide: 14-passenger Sprinter limos run $170–$344/hour; small party buses (15–20 passengers) run $204–$378/hour; mid-size (20–30 passengers) run $244–$414/hour; large party buses and minibuses (35–50 passengers) run $294–$490/hour; and full-size charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day. You will see the all-inclusive total before you ever book.
Call 645-654-9620 for an instant quote with no obligation.
Doral sits roughly four miles from MIA — under 10 minutes in clear traffic along SR-836 East. For group pickups, have everyone collect luggage and assemble at the agreed Arrivals Level (Level 1) door — Door 15 at the North Terminal, Doors 20, 24, or 26 at the Central Terminal, or Doors 31 or 34 at the South Terminal. Once your full group is together, call our team and we bring the bus to your door.
Do not call until the whole group is assembled with bags in hand — timing that call correctly is what keeps MIA's 30-minute loading window working in your favor.
Any time of year works, but certain periods tighten supply fast. Prom season (late April through May) is the single busiest stretch — schools across western Miami-Dade compete for the same vehicles in a narrow six-week window, and last-minute bookings jump $1,000 or more versus early reservations. Art Basel in December and Ultra Music Festival in March also spike demand.
For those dates, book three to six months out. For regular weekend evenings, two to four weeks of lead time usually gives you solid options — but earlier is always better.
Yes — and it is the smartest way to make that trip. The Palmetto Expressway heading north toward Miami Gardens backs up steadily from about two hours before kickoff, and NW 199th Street closes for Dolphins games. A charter bus out of Doral gets routed up the Palmetto and directed to the NW stadium corner for drop-off — while rideshare passengers queue at Lot 44 at Betty T. Ferguson Recreational Complex, an estimated 25-minute walk from the gates.
The bus parks on-site with a pre-purchased permit (required in advance; none sold day-of), and your group is back aboard for the post-game pickup while the lots are still emptying.
Party Bus Coral Gables covers all of Miami-Dade and Broward County. Frequent pickup and drop-off points include Coral Gables, Hialeah, Miami Beach, North Miami, Aventura, Pembroke Pines, Fort Lauderdale, and everywhere in between. Long-distance trips — a charter bus to Orlando or Tampa, a day trip to the Keys — are also easily arranged.
Call 645-654-9620 and tell us where you need to go; we will handle the rest.
For most Doral events, booking three to six months ahead gives you the widest vehicle selection and the best all-inclusive rates. For prom, book no later than December — Miami-Dade demand peaks hard from April through May and last-minute rates can run $1,000 to $1,700 higher than early-booking prices for the same vehicle. Art Basel (early December) and Ultra Music Festival (March) are the other two dates where inventory gets thin quickly.
For birthday parties, corporate shuttles, and one-time outings on regular weekends, two to four weeks is workable — but the earlier you call, the more options you have. Call 645-654-9620 right now to lock in your date.
Doral's central location in western Miami-Dade puts your group within easy reach of stadiums, cultural landmarks, airport terminals, and nightlife corridors that span the entire county. Here are six destinations Doral groups visit most — with the local details that matter when you're moving a group.

Hard Rock Stadium is the home of the Miami Dolphins, the University of Miami Hurricanes, the annual Capital One Orange Bowl, the Miami Open tennis tournament, and FIFA World Cup 2026 matches starting June 2026. From Doral, the most direct route runs north on SR-826 (Palmetto Expressway) to NW 27th Avenue — but NW 199th Street and NW 27th Avenue both close for major events, and rideshare pickup is at Lot 44 at Betty T. Ferguson Recreational Complex, a 25-minute walk from the gates. A charter bus drops your group at the NW stadium corner for direct gate access.
All parking requires pre-purchased passes — none sold on site. Check the Hard Rock Stadium parking page for current closure schedules before your event date.

The Trump National Doral Miami is home to the legendary Blue Monster course — one of the most recognized golf layouts in the country — and hosts the Cognizant Classic on the PGA Tour each spring. The resort's 800-acre campus includes five championship courses, a world-class spa, and multiple dining outlets that make it a popular destination for corporate outings, golf tournaments, and private event receptions right in Doral's backyard. On tournament weekends, NW 87th Avenue backs up significantly around the main entrance, and resort parking fills fast for large events.
A charter bus delivering your corporate group or tournament guests directly to the main clubhouse entrance sidesteps the lot-hunting entirely.
Address: 4400 NW 87th Ave, Doral, FL 33178
Phone: (305) 592-2000

Kaseya Center is the downtown waterfront home of the Miami Heat, with a 19,600-seat capacity and a packed calendar of NBA games and touring concert acts year-round. From Doral, the drive east on SR-836 to I-95 South gets you there in 25–35 minutes under normal conditions, but post-event traffic on Biscayne Boulevard backs up the moment the final buzzer sounds. On-site parking is reserved almost entirely for premium seat holders.
The official bus and taxi drop-off is at Gate 3 on NE 8th Street on the north side of the arena — steps from the box office and the ADA entry — which a Doral party bus or charter bus reaches and exits cleanly before the worst of the post-game congestion sets in. We recommend reviewing the official Kaseya Center parking and directions page for event-specific drop-off protocols.

Wynwood (centered on NW 2nd Ave between NW 20th and NW 29th Streets, Miami, FL 33127) is Miami's most internationally recognized arts and nightlife neighborhood — an outdoor museum of large-scale murals, craft breweries, rooftop bars, and gallery spaces packed into a highly walkable grid. From Doral, the drive is roughly 20 minutes east on SR-836 to NW 17th Avenue. The challenge: weekend parking in Wynwood is aggressively enforced, residential permit zones are everywhere, and private lot towing is common on Friday and Saturday nights.
A party bus drops your Doral group at each stop along the NW 2nd Avenue corridor and moves between venues, so there is no parking decision at every bar and no one scrambling for a rideshare when the last round ends. During Art Basel in December, book at least 6–8 weeks out — the neighborhood fills completely.

Zoo Miami is the largest and oldest zoological garden in Florida — 340 acres with more than 3,000 animals across 500 species, organized into naturalistic mixed-species habitats spread across the southern end of Miami-Dade. From Doral, the drive south on SR-826 to Kendall Drive runs about 35–40 minutes. School groups and family reunions are the most frequent Doral visitors.
Free bus and oversized vehicle parking is available on site, with group drop-off near the main entrance on SW 152nd Street. Book school field trip programs at least four weeks in advance. For family events and reunions, the bus serves as a comfortable home base between habitats — undercarriage storage holds coolers, strollers, and gear so your group does not carry anything through the park all day.

The Pérez Art Museum Miami sits on the downtown waterfront at Museum Park alongside Frost Science Museum, offering 120,000 square feet of contemporary and modern art with sweeping Biscayne Bay views from its signature hanging gardens terrace. PAMM is a cornerstone of Art Basel Miami Beach in December — when the surrounding Museum Park campus draws tens of thousands of visitors daily and Biscayne Boulevard becomes nearly impassable. From Doral, the trip east on SR-836 to I-395 runs about 25 minutes without event traffic.
Surface parking around Museum Park is extremely limited, and the nearby garages fill quickly on weekend afternoons and during Art Basel. A charter bus drops your group at the Museum Park curbside off North Bayshore Drive and waits off-site during the visit.
