Doral Party Bus & Charter Bus Rentals
Coral Gables group transportation just got a whole lot simpler. partybuscoralgables.com lets you fill out one quick form and instantly compare party buses, minibuses, charter buses, and Sprinter vans from a network of independently owned transportation companies serving Coral Gables and all of Miami-Dade County. Call 645-654-9620 any time to get pricing for your trip in about a minute.
Doral Party Bus Rentals in One Place
partybuscoralgables.com is not a bus company. It doesn't own vehicles, run trips, or take reservations the way a motor carrier does. It is a quote-comparison website — the fastest way to see what party buses, charter buses, minibuses, and Sprinter vans are available for your date in Coral Gables and the surrounding Miami-Dade area, without calling a dozen companies one at a time.
Fill out one form with your trip details — date, group size, pickup and drop-off locations — and you'll see different vehicle types, pictures, and rates from transportation providers serving the area. No account required, no obligation, and the whole process takes about a minute online or over the phone.
Coral Gables is one of Miami-Dade's most event-dense corridors — home to the University of Miami, the Biltmore Hotel, Miracle Mile, and the Shops at Merrick Park — and group transportation here runs into real logistical friction: narrow Alhambra Circle streets that aren't built for oversized vehicles, valet-only drop-off at most Miracle Mile restaurants, and zero dedicated bus parking near the UM Watsco Center. partybuscoralgables.com helps you find the right vehicle for those exact conditions. Call 645-654-9620 or use the online quote tool now.

Compare Amenities on Your Doral Bus
Not every Coral Gables trip calls for the same vehicle, and the network covers a wide range of amenity levels. A 25-passenger party bus typically comes with color-changing LED lighting, a premium sound system with Bluetooth connectivity, flat-panel TVs, and wraparound perimeter seating — right for a bachelorette night through Coconut Grove and South Beach. A minibus brings reclining seats, powerful climate control, and overhead storage — the smarter pick for a corporate shuttle loop between a Brickell hotel block and a conference at the UM Shalala Student Center.
For large groups making longer hauls — a convention at the Miami Beach Convention Center or a multi-day excursion — a 56-passenger charter bus adds undercarriage luggage bays and onboard restrooms so the group isn't stopping every hour. Compare amenities side by side using the online form, or call 645-654-9620 and a team member will walk you through the options.

Because we are a referral website and do NOT own or operate buses, exact features vary by vehicle, provider, and availability. After you submit your quote request, you can browse vehicle options, pricing, and available details on the results page. Doral Party Bus Rental Costs
Coral Gables party bus rental prices vary by vehicle type, date, and trip length. As a planning reference: a minibus runs roughly $200–$275 per hour on weekdays and $200–$275 on weekends, while a 25-passenger party bus runs approximately $250–$350 per hour on weekdays and $275–$375 on weekends. A full-size charter bus typically ranges from $200–$350 per hour depending on the day and demand.
A 14-passenger Sprinter limo lands between $200–$325 per hour on weekdays and $225–$350 on weekends.
Those are planning ranges — the real rate moves with your specific date, how many hours you need, and what's available in the network on that day. Compare Doral Party Bus Prices Side by Side
The traditional way to book group transportation is a grind: search for local bus companies, call during business hours, describe your trip four times to four different people, wait on callbacks, then try to compare quotes that were structured differently by each company. partybuscoralgables.com exists to replace that process entirely.
Because this is a comparison website — not a single bus company with one fleet — you're never limited to whatever vehicles happen to be available from one operator. The network serving Coral Gables and Miami-Dade includes a wide range of vehicle types from multiple independently owned transportation companies, so you can see different buses and rates side by side and find what actually fits your group. You don't need an account to get a quote, you don't need to be available during business hours, and you don't need to spend more than a minute on the form.
A support team is available every day of the year at 645-654-9620 to help you put together a custom itinerary, answer venue-specific questions, or sort through vehicle options when you're not sure what size fits best. The goal is simple: get you the right bus for your trip as quickly and easily as possible.
Group Transportation Options in Doral
Whatever brings your group together in Coral Gables, there's a vehicle in the network for it. From airport transfers and wedding shuttles to concert transportation, sporting events, corporate shuttles, bachelorette parties, prom, and field trips — call 645-654-9620 to get started.

Doral Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Miami International Airport (MIA) (2100 NW 42nd Ave, Miami, FL 33142) sits roughly 4 miles north of Coral Gables — close enough that it seems manageable, until your group has 12 people, 15 bags, and a midday departure on a Tuesday. MIA's arrivals-level commercial pickup points are at Door 15 (North Terminal, Concourse D), Doors 20, 24, and 26 (Central Terminal, Concourses E–G), and Doors 31 and 34 (South Terminal, Concourses H–J). The critical detail for groups: do not call for the bus until everyone has cleared baggage claim and assembled at the agreed-upon door — the airport limits commercial bus loading time in those curbside lanes, and a 20-person group that trickles out in waves will lose that window fast.
For groups flying into Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International (FLL), a charter bus from Coral Gables covers the roughly 35-mile run up I-95 without the headache of coordinating a six-car caravan through midday Broward traffic. Review the MIA airport shuttle guide for pickup procedures, or call 645-654-9620 to set up your airport transfer now.

Doral Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
A Coral Gables bachelorette itinerary can go a dozen directions — cocktails on Miracle Mile, dinner in Coconut Grove, late nights in Wynwood, or a full South Beach run — and the only way to keep the whole group together through all of it is a party bus that moves on your schedule. The logistics case is especially strong here: Coconut Grove street parking is aggressively enforced on weekend nights, Wynwood's residential permit zones tow without warning, and rideshare surge pricing at 2am on Collins Avenue is a very unpleasant end to an otherwise great night.
A Coral Gables bachelorette party bus rental in the 20–30 passenger range typically comes with LED lighting, Bluetooth sound, and flat-panel TVs — the party starts at pickup, not at the first bar. Weekend hourly rates for a 25-passenger party bus run approximately $275–$375; a 30-passenger bus runs $325–$425. Those are planning ranges — call 645-654-9620 for a rate specific to your date and itinerary.

Doral Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Coral Gables and the surrounding Coconut Grove and South Miami corridors host some of Miami-Dade's most elaborate quinceañera and Sweet 16 receptions — venues like the Biltmore Hotel (1200 Anastasia Ave, Coral Gables, FL 33134), Coral Gables Country Club, and ballrooms along Ponce de Leon draw celebration groups from across the county. A party bus arrival — especially in white or silver to match the event theme — is one of the most memorable entrances a quinceañera court can make.
The Biltmore's loading and arrival areas are coordinated through the hotel's valet entrance on Anastasia Avenue; oversized vehicles should arrange staging with the hotel in advance. A 20–30 passenger party bus works well for the court and immediate family, while a minibus handles overflow guest shuttles between the hotel and nearby parking. Read more about the venue in the Biltmore Hotel bus rental guide.
For a Coral Gables birthday party bus quote, call 645-654-9620.

Doral Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Most of Coral Gables' major concert traffic flows toward venues just outside city limits, and parking at all of them is a genuine planning problem. At Kaseya Center (601 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132), ongoing downtown development has steadily eaten into nearby parking supply — the official bus and taxi drop-off is Gate 3 on NE 8th Street, north side, steps from the box office. A Coral Gables concert bus drops your group there and eliminates the garage hunt entirely.
Read the full logistics breakdown in the Kaseya Center bus rental guide.
For stadium-scale concerts at Hard Rock Stadium (1 Hard Rock Stadium Way, Miami Gardens, FL 33056) — where NW 199th Street closes hours before doors on major event nights — a charter bus is the difference between arriving together before the opener and sitting on the Palmetto Expressway when the headliner takes the stage. The Hard Rock Stadium bus guide covers current drop-off and lot procedures. Call 645-654-9620 to compare vehicle options for your concert date.

Doral Corporate Event Transportation
Coral Gables is one of Miami-Dade's densest corporate corridors — insurance headquarters, law firms, and finance offices stack up along Alhambra Plaza, Ponce de Leon Boulevard, and the Miracle Mile commercial strip. When a company needs to move employees between a Brickell hotel block and a conference at the University of Miami Shalala Student Center (1330 Miller Drive, Coral Gables, FL 33146), a 35-passenger minibus is usually the smarter call than a full charter bus — narrow campus roads and limited commercial vehicle staging near the UM ring road make maneuverability count.
For larger conferences at the Miami Beach Convention Center (1901 Convention Center Dr, Miami Beach, FL 33139), a full-size charter bus shuttle loop from Coral Gables eliminates the Washington Avenue congestion problem entirely — your team loads on Ponce de Leon and arrives at the convention center's bus drop-off on Washington Avenue without anyone fighting for garage space in South Beach. A Coral Gables corporate event bus rental covers everything from daily employee shuttles to single-day conference transfers. Call 645-654-9620 for group rate options.

Doral Private Event Transportation Services
Coral Gables runs a full calendar of private events year-round — charity galas at the Biltmore, art openings along Giralda Avenue, garden parties at Vizcaya Museum and Gardens (3251 South Miami Ave, Miami, FL 33129), and corporate holiday dinners spread across the Miracle Mile corridor. The common logistical thread: Coral Gables streets are beautiful and entirely unsuited to parking 40 personal vehicles on a Saturday night. Alhambra Circle and Salzedo Street both enforce residential permit restrictions after 6pm, and the city's own municipal garages fill within walking distance of the most popular event venues by 7:30pm on busy nights.
A charter bus or minibus shuttle loop — loading at a designated hotel or parking structure and running continuous trips to the venue entrance — solves the parking problem cleanly and keeps the guest experience smooth from arrival to last call. A Coral Gables private event bus rental can be configured as a one-way, round-trip, or multi-stop loop. Call 645-654-9620 to build an itinerary around your specific venue and headcount.

Doral Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
The University of Miami's homecoming week — typically held in October — and the cluster of Miami-Dade high school proms in late April and May both create the same transportation crunch: high demand, limited vehicle availability, and prices that rise the longer you wait. For UM homecoming, a minibus or party bus shuttling between off-campus hotel blocks and the Watsco Center (1245 Dauer Dr, Coral Gables, FL 33146) is a practical solution — the arena sits on campus and game-night parking around Ponce de Leon fills fast.
For high school prom, the supply situation in Miami-Dade is genuinely tight. Schools across the county hold proms within a narrow 6-week window, and the vehicles your group wants will be gone if you start calling in March. Book by January for prom — February at the absolute latest.
Waiting until April means paying significantly more or settling for whatever's left. A Coral Gables prom party bus quote takes about a minute. Call 645-654-9620 now.

Doral School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Coral Gables and the surrounding University of Miami campus area are home to a concentration of private schools — Ransom Everglades, Gulliver Preparatory, and Coral Gables Senior High among them — along with UM's own undergraduate student programming that moves groups to museums, cultural venues, and athletic events regularly. A charter bus or minibus through partybuscoralgables.com is a straightforward upgrade over coordinating parent carpools or relying on school-owned yellow buses for longer runs.
Field trips to the Frost Museum of Science (1101 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132), the Pérez Art Museum Miami (1103 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132), or the Miami Children's Museum (980 MacArthur Causeway, Miami, FL 33132) all involve navigating downtown Miami — where commercial vehicle staging and curbside loading rules are strictly managed. Charter buses with onboard restrooms and overhead storage make the logistics easier on chaperones and students alike, especially for full-day trips. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network — mention it when you request your quote.
Call 645-654-9620 to get a Coral Gables school event bus quote.

Doral Sporting Event Transportation
University of Miami Hurricanes football games at Hard Rock Stadium (1 Hard Rock Stadium Way, Miami Gardens, FL 33056) draw the same game-day traffic as Dolphins games — which is to say, the Palmetto Expressway (SR-826) and NW 199th Street become genuinely painful corridors on kickoff afternoons. Rideshare pickup after the game is in Lot 44 at Betty T. Ferguson Recreational Complex (3000 NW 199th St), roughly a 25-minute walk from the stadium gates — a long hike after a three-hour game in South Florida heat. A Coral Gables sporting event charter bus changes that equation: your group loads together from one pickup point and gets dropped at the stadium approach, not a remote lot.
The Hard Rock Stadium bus guide covers current drop-off logistics.
For UM basketball at Watsco Center on campus, parking around Ponce de Leon fills fast on conference game nights — a minibus from a nearby hotel or off-campus staging point is the clean solution. A Coral Gables sporting event bus rental quote is ready at 645-654-9620.

Doral Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Coral Gables is one of South Florida's busiest wedding destinations — the Biltmore Hotel, the Coral Gables Congregational Church (3010 De Soto Blvd, Coral Gables, FL 33134), and Vizcaya Museum and Gardens all draw wedding groups from across Miami-Dade and beyond. The transportation challenge here is real: guests traveling from South Beach, Brickell, or Miami Beach hotel blocks face 30–45 minutes of surface-street navigation to reach a Coral Gables venue on a Saturday evening, and street parking near ceremony sites is functionally nonexistent. A wedding shuttle — one dedicated minibus running loops between the hotel block and the venue entrance — keeps the guest experience smooth without anyone arriving stressed or late.
For the bridal party itself, a 14-passenger Sprinter limo covers pickup at the salon, portraits at a Coral Gables garden location, and delivery to the ceremony entrance — all in one clean vehicle. A Coral Gables wedding shuttle can be configured around your specific timeline, from rehearsal dinner runs through end-of-reception drop-offs. Call 645-654-9620 to lock in your date.

Doral Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Coral Gables doesn't have a concentrated brewery district the way Wynwood does, but the surrounding area — Little Havana's Calle Ocho, Coconut Grove's bar strip, and the craft beer scene spreading through Doral and Hialeah — gives a pub crawl itinerary plenty of real stops. A party bus handles the gaps between neighborhoods cleanly: the drive from a Miracle Mile cocktail bar to Coconut Grove's waterfront and then up to Wynwood is straightforward on a Sunday afternoon and a genuine traffic problem on a Friday night.
partybuscoralgables.com's winery and pub crawl bus rental page covers the vehicle options for this kind of multi-stop itinerary. A 20–25 passenger party bus runs $250–$375 per hour on weekends for this type of trip — those are network planning ranges, not a fixed quote. The real rate depends on your specific date and how many hours you need.
Call 645-654-9620 and get pricing for your trip in about a minute.

How does this website work?
partybuscoralgables.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
What is partybuscoralgables.com?
partybuscoralgables.com is a quote-comparison website for group transportation in Coral Gables and Miami-Dade County. It is not a bus company and does not own or operate any vehicles. The site connects people who need group transportation with a network of independently owned transportation providers serving the area, so you can compare vehicle types and rates in one place instead of calling multiple companies one at a time.
How does partybuscoralgables.com work?
Fill out the quick quote form with your trip date, group size, and pickup and drop-off locations. Within seconds, you'll be able to compare available vehicles — including pictures and rates — from transportation providers serving Coral Gables. No account required, no obligation.

How much does a party bus cost in Coral Gables?
Coral Gables party bus rental prices vary based on vehicle size, your trip date, and how many hours you need. As a general planning reference, a 25-passenger party bus runs roughly $250–$375 per hour depending on the day; a minibus runs $200–$275 per hour; a full charter bus runs $200–$350 per hour. These are network planning ranges — not a quote for your specific trip.
Fill out the form or call 645-654-9620 and you'll have pricing for your trip in about a minute. The party bus prices page has additional detail by vehicle type.
Where does a bus drop off at the University of Miami's Watsco Center?
The Watsco Center sits on UM's main campus at 1245 Dauer Drive, Coral Gables, FL 33146. On game and event nights, campus roads around the arena get congested quickly, and commercial vehicle staging on Ponce de Leon Boulevard nearby fills with rideshare and taxi traffic. A charter bus or minibus should coordinate drop-off timing with your group contact in advance — arriving 90 minutes before tipoff avoids the worst of the approach traffic.
The Watsco Center bus rental guide covers logistics in more detail.
Can a party bus or charter bus access the Shops at Merrick Park?
The Shops at Merrick Park (358 San Lorenzo Ave, Coral Gables, FL 33146) has an outdoor open-air layout with surface parking and structured garage access. Commercial vehicles and charter buses typically use the North Parking Garage entrance off San Lorenzo Avenue. For large vehicles, it's worth calling the property management office in advance to confirm the current commercial drop-off location — the Merrick Park bus rental guide on this site covers the details.
How far is Coral Gables from Miami International Airport?
Coral Gables is approximately 4 miles southeast of MIA, a trip that runs 10–15 minutes with no traffic and 30–45 minutes during peak commute hours on the Dolphin Expressway (SR-836) or Le Jeune Road. For groups with multiple bags and 10 or more travelers, a charter bus or minibus transfer from MIA is significantly more practical than splitting into rideshares — and the cost per person often comes out comparable to multiple rideshare bookings once surge pricing is factored in.
What vehicle size is right for a Coral Gables wedding shuttle?
It depends on where guests are coming from and how the venue handles arrival traffic. For a hotel block in Brickell or South Beach shuttling 20–30 guests to a Coral Gables venue like the Biltmore, a minibus running two or three loops usually covers it cleanly. For larger guest lists — 80 or more people spread across multiple hotels — a full charter bus or a minibus-and-party-bus combination works better.
Call 645-654-9620 with your headcount and venue and the team can help you figure out the right vehicle split for your timeline.
How far in advance should I book?
For most Coral Gables events outside peak season, two to four weeks of lead time is workable. For prom and homecoming (April–May and October), book by January — Miami-Dade schools concentrate their proms into a narrow window and the vehicles people actually want are gone fast. For UM homecoming and any event during Art Basel Miami Beach week (early December), three to four months out is a safe target.
The closer you get to a peak date without a reservation, the fewer options remain and the higher rates go. Call 645-654-9620 as soon as your date is confirmed.
Popular Doral Party Bus Destinations
A Coral Gables group itinerary can go a lot of directions — UM athletics, waterfront dining in Coconut Grove, a full-day museum run in downtown Miami, or a reception at one of the city's landmark hotel venues. Here are six destinations where group transportation makes a genuine difference in how the day goes.

The Biltmore Hotel
The Biltmore Hotel (1200 Anastasia Ave, Coral Gables, FL 33134) is Coral Gables' most prominent event and wedding venue — a 1926 National Historic Landmark with a 271-room tower, a 23,000-square-foot ballroom, and one of the largest hotel swimming pools in the continental United States. It hosts gala dinners, corporate retreats, quinceañera receptions, and weddings year-round. Vehicle arrival and staging uses the Anastasia Avenue valet approach, and oversized vehicles should arrange commercial drop-off timing with the hotel's event coordination team in advance.
Street parking on Anastasia Avenue and surrounding residential streets is limited and enforced. For out-of-town guests coming from Brickell or the airport, a charter bus or minibus shuttle loop eliminates the navigation problem entirely. The Biltmore Hotel bus rental guide covers current commercial vehicle access details.
Call 645-654-9620 to arrange transportation for your Biltmore event.

Watsco Center
Watsco Center (1245 Dauer Dr, Coral Gables, FL 33146) is the 7,972-seat arena on the University of Miami campus — home to UM Hurricanes basketball and a regular stop for concerts and touring events. It sits deep on the UM ring road, and approaching from Ponce de Leon Boulevard on a busy event night means navigating university traffic patterns that aren't intuitive for first-timers. Campus parking fills from the outermost lots inward, and rideshare pickup after a sellout game creates queuing congestion at the arena's east side.
A charter bus from an off-campus hotel or staging point drops your group at the arena approach rather than a perimeter lot, and the pickup plan is already set before the event ends. The Watsco Center bus guide has current logistics. Call 645-654-9620 for a quote.

Vizcaya Museum and Gardens
Vizcaya Museum and Gardens (3251 South Miami Ave, Miami, FL 33129) is a 70-room Italian Renaissance villa completed in 1916, surrounded by 50 acres of formal gardens on Biscayne Bay in Coconut Grove — less than 3 miles from central Coral Gables. It is one of the most photographed wedding and private event venues in South Florida, and also a public museum open daily except Tuesdays, 9:30am to 4:30pm. Admission is $25 for adults, $10 for children ages 6–12.
For charter buses and group visits, advance coordination is required — contact the group tours team at group.tours@vizcaya.org or (305) 860-8442 before arrival. Passenger drop-off uses the Entrance Drive on South Miami Avenue, with unloading at the Piazza at Admissions. Bus parking arrangements need to be made through the property in advance.
We recommend checking the official Vizcaya directions and parking page before your visit to confirm current access details.

Shops at Merrick Park
The Shops at Merrick Park (358 San Lorenzo Ave, Coral Gables, FL 33146) is an open-air luxury retail and dining center anchored by Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus, situated at the edge of Coral Gables' Miracle Mile district. It draws corporate event buyouts, holiday shopping group trips, and private dining reservations at its restaurant level year-round. The property has structured parking in the North and South garages off San Lorenzo Avenue — accessible to commercial vehicles — and surface lots along Salzedo Street.
For large shopping or dining groups, a minibus drops the group at the San Lorenzo entrance and stages nearby rather than competing for mall-adjacent street parking during peak weekend hours. The Shops at Merrick Park bus guide covers vehicle access details. Call 645-654-9620 for a quote for your shopping or dining group.

Coconut Grove
Coconut Grove — immediately east of Coral Gables along South Bayshore Drive — is Miami-Dade's waterfront dining and nightlife corridor, anchored by CocoWalk (3015 Grand Ave, Miami, FL 33133) and a string of bars and restaurants that run along Grand Avenue, Main Highway, and the bayfront. Weekend nights in the Grove are a parking problem: residential permit enforcement starts at 6pm on most side streets, the CocoWalk garage fills by 8pm on Fridays, and rideshare demand spikes after midnight when the bar corridor turns over. A party bus that covers the Coral Gables pickup and the Coconut Grove drop-off — and stages nearby while the group is inside — is the cleaner solution than asking eight people to coordinate separate rideshares back to a Coral Gables hotel at 1am.
A 20–25 passenger party bus is the right size for most Coconut Grove group outings. Call 645-654-9620 for weekend availability.

loanDepot Park
loanDepot Park (501 Marlins Way, Miami, FL 33125) sits in Little Havana, roughly 6 miles north of central Coral Gables on SW 8th Street — close enough that it seems like an easy drive until a weeknight game lets out and every Marlins fan is suddenly trying to exit the same two surface street corridors simultaneously. Per the official Marlins parking page, bus parking is on NW 5th Street between 16th and 17th Avenue along West Lot 3 (1680 NW 5th Street), and bus parking should be purchased in advance. Rideshare pickup is at East Lot 1 at 1380 NW 6th Street — a separate approach from the bus parking area, which matters if your group is mixing transportation types.
A charter bus from Coral Gables drops your group at the West Lot 3 bus staging zone and handles the post-game pickup before the lot-exit queue gets bad. The loanDepot Park bus guide covers current access details. Call 645-654-9620 for Marlins game transportation.
