I was nervous about coordinating so many people but they made it simple. On time, clean, and comfortable from start to finish. Everyone kept telling me what a good call it was.

Hialeah sits at the intersection of the Palmetto Expressway (SR-826), the Gratigny Expressway (SR-924), and Okeechobee Road (US-27) — three of the most congested routes in Miami-Dade. On a weekday rush hour, the 826/924 interchange near Hialeah Drive can turn a 15-minute hop into 45 minutes of stop-and-go. On game nights heading north toward Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, the same stretch backs up well before the NW 199th Street exit.
Coordinating multiple cars through that grid — each needing its own parking pass, each fighting the same chokepoints — is where group trips fall apart before they even start.
That is where Party Bus Coral Gables comes in. One vehicle, one flat all-inclusive price, and one point of contact from your first quote to final drop-off. Since 2011, we have moved thousands of groups across Miami-Dade County without a single person having to worry about who drives.
Our 24/7 reservation team knows the local roads, the event schedules, and the venue logistics — so you do not have to. We offer a massive variety of vehicles, which means your group is matched to exactly the right size instead of paying for seats you never fill. Call 645-654-9620 any time and we will build your itinerary from scratch.
Party Bus Coral Gables handles group transportation for every occasion across Hialeah and the wider Miami-Dade region — airport runs, sporting events, weddings, school field trips, quinceañeras, prom nights, pub crawls, and more. Call 645-654-9620 to get your group moving today!

Miami International Airport (MIA) (2100 NW 42nd Ave, Miami, FL 33142) is the closest major airport to Hialeah — roughly 5 miles south via NW 36th Street — but the NW 36th Street and Le Jeune Road corridor clogs fast on weekday mornings, and the airport's one-terminal layout means everyone funnels through the same Arrivals Level (Level 1) curbside doors. For groups flying in, commercial buses pick up at Door 15 at the North Terminal, Doors 20, 24, and 26 at the Central Terminal, and Doors 31 and 34 at the South Terminal.
The right move: have your coordinator call our team once the full group has cleared baggage claim and is standing together at the agreed door. MIA allows roughly 30 minutes for commercial bus loading — plenty of time when everyone is actually ready, not something to rush through when half the group is still at carousel 14. For Hialeah-based corporate groups or large family reunions flying out together, a charter bus handles all the luggage in the undercarriage bays and gets everyone to the terminal on one schedule.
Call 645-654-9620 to book your Hialeah airport shuttle today!

Hialeah's nightlife scene is centered on the Palm Avenue Historic District — a stretch of bars, Latin dance clubs, and lounges that stays loud well past midnight. A bachelorette party bus rental in Hialeah can start the night here before pushing south to Wynwood's warehouse bars or east to Ocean Drive on South Beach. The problem with driving that circuit yourself: Palm Avenue street parking fills up by 9 PM on weekends, and the jump from Hialeah to Wynwood via the 836 gets ugly after midnight when construction lane closures kick in on the eastbound shoulder.
Our 15- to 50-passenger party buses come with a full-length bar, color-changing LED lighting, and premium Bluetooth sound — the pregame starts the moment the bus pulls away from the first pickup. No drawing straws for who stays sober, no splitting the group into rideshare pools at 2 AM on a busy Saturday. One bus, one flat rate, everyone arrives and leaves together.
Call 645-654-9620 to plan your Hialeah bachelorette night!

Hialeah is one of the quinceañera capitals of South Florida — and a party bus arrival at the venue is one of the most memorable entrances a quinceañera court can make. Our 15- to 50-passenger party buses can be color-coordinated to your theme, pre-loaded with a custom playlist, and built around your venue schedule — whether the celebration is heading to Tamiami Park for outdoor photos, a banquet hall on West 49th Street, or one of the large quinceañera reception venues along the Hialeah-Miami Lakes border.
For adult milestone birthdays, a party bus hits the Palm Avenue strip for dinner and dancing without anyone worrying about the drive home. Sweet 16 groups love the flat-panel TVs, the LED light show, and the sheer novelty of arriving as a coordinated crew instead of straggling in from a parking lot across Okeechobee Road. We offer a massive variety of vehicles, which means you match the headcount to the bus and never pay for seats you do not fill.
Call 645-654-9620 any time to plan your Hialeah birthday or quinceañera celebration!

Hialeah groups heading to a show have no shortage of venues nearby — and no shortage of parking headaches to match. The Watsco Center (1245 Dauer Dr, Coral Gables, FL 33146) at the University of Miami campus hosts major touring acts and seats over 7,000; parking fills fast in the campus garages on San Amaro Drive, and the surrounding Coral Gables residential streets are strictly permit-enforced. A Hialeah concert bus rental drops your group curbside and handles the pickup after the encore without anyone circling Ponce de Leon Boulevard for an open spot.
For bigger productions, Kaseya Center (601 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132) hosts stadium-scale touring artists year-round, with official bus and taxi drop-off at Gate 3 on NE 8th Street. The FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park (301 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132) draws massive festival crowds each spring. On those nights, Biscayne Boulevard backs up from I-395 south, and rideshare surge pricing kicks in by the second set.
A party bus with onboard sound and LED lighting keeps the energy going from Hialeah all the way to the door — and our team has the bus ready for pickup when the show wraps. Call 645-654-9620 now!

Hialeah's commercial corridor runs along Okeechobee Road and East 4th Avenue — home to a dense mix of logistics, wholesale, and light-manufacturing businesses, many of which send teams downtown for conferences, training days, or client meetings in the Brickell Financial District. The commute on the Palmetto to I-95 southbound during the 8 AM rush is among the slowest stretches in Miami-Dade, and street parking near Brickell Avenue effectively does not exist at full-day conference rates.
A Hialeah corporate bus rental puts your whole team on one vehicle with WiFi and power outlets so the commute becomes productive instead of stressful. For multi-day conventions at the Miami Beach Convention Center (1901 Convention Center Dr, Miami Beach, FL 33139), a charter bus handles the MacArthur Causeway crossings without the $30-plus daily garage rates on South Beach. For executive team offsites heading to venues in Doral or Coral Gables, a minibus keeps the group together and the schedule tight from the first pickup to the final drop-off.
Call 645-654-9620 to talk through a corporate shuttle contract for your Hialeah team!

Hialeah's event calendar is dense with large-scale community gatherings. The annual Hialeah Park Thoroughbred Racing Season at Hialeah Park Racing & Casino (2200 E 4th Ave, Hialeah, FL 33013) draws significant crowds through the facility's restored historic grandstand — parking in the main lots is manageable for small groups but becomes a real scramble during featured race days, when East 4th Avenue and East 32nd Street both slow to a crawl. A charter bus drops your group at the main entrance and handles the exit before the lot empties all at once.
For large family reunions using Amelia Earhart Park (401 E 65th St, Hialeah, FL 33013) — one of Miami-Dade's largest parks, with picnic pavilions along the Bass Lake shoreline — coordinating multiple cars across the park's three entrance roads is its own logistical puzzle. One minibus keeps everyone together and cuts out the "which pavilion are we at?" confusion entirely. Art Basel week in December, the Calle 8 corridor on Three Kings Day in January, and the local quinceañera circuit in spring all spike private transportation demand.
Book well ahead. Call 645-654-9620 to get started!

Prom season — late April through May — is the single busiest stretch of the year for party bus rentals across Hialeah and the wider Miami-Dade County area. High schools including Hialeah Senior High, Hialeah-Miami Lakes Senior High, and Miami Lakes Educational Center all hold their proms within roughly the same six-week window, and the competition for the right-size vehicles is real. For prom: book by December or expect premium pricing or no availability.
A typical prom rental — school pickup, photo stop at Hialeah Park Racing & Casino, venue drop-off at a hotel ballroom, and a late-night return — runs $1,800–$2,200 all-inclusive when locked in four to six months early. Wait until March and that same bus is $2,800–$3,500 or simply gone. Party Bus Coral Gables works with parent committees and student groups across Hialeah-Miami Lakes to get the right vehicle, the right route, and the right pickup window confirmed well before the rush.
Call 645-654-9620 to secure your date now!

Teachers and chaperones across Hialeah trust Party Bus Coral Gables for reliable student transportation that beats navigating the 826 interchange in a caravan of parent cars. Local field trip favorites include Zoo Miami (12400 SW 152nd St, Miami, FL 33177) — about 20 miles south via the Palmetto and Florida's Turnpike — and the Frost Museum of Science (1101 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132), where charter buses use the designated Biscayne Boulevard group drop-off zone.
Private charter buses bring real advantages over traditional school transportation: climate-controlled cabins, reclining seats, overhead storage bins for backpacks and gear, and TV monitors with a DVD player to keep students engaged on the way back from Miami Children's Museum (980 MacArthur Causeway, Miami, FL 33132). Longer drives — to Everglades National Park or the Kennedy Space Center — benefit from onboard restrooms and undercarriage storage for lunches and supplies, so the group stops only when you plan to stop. ADA-accessible buses are available with advance notice.
Call 645-654-9620 for school bus rentals in Hialeah!

Hialeah sports fans heading to a Dolphins game at Hard Rock Stadium (347 Don Shula Dr, Miami Gardens, FL 33056) already know what the Palmetto looks like at 5 PM on a Sunday: the Hialeah Drive on-ramp backs up to Red Road, and the NW 199th Street exit is locked from both directions before kickoff. Rideshare pickup after the game is in Lot 44 at Betty T. Ferguson Recreational Complex — an estimated 25-minute walk from the gates — and post-game surge pricing makes a straightforward exit expensive and slow.
A Hialeah party bus or charter bus rental changes all of that. The group boards together near Hialeah Drive or Palm Avenue, the route to the NW drop zone at the stadium is handled, and the bus waits nearby for the post-game pickup at a time your group sets in advance — no scramble in the lot, no surge fare, no walk across Miami Gardens in the dark. For Heat games at Kaseya Center (601 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132), the official charter bus drop-off is at Gate 3 on NE 8th Street, steps from the main entrance.
Marlins fans heading to loanDepot park (501 Marlins Way, Miami, FL 33125) can catch curbside drop-off via NW 14th Avenue. Call 645-654-9620 to reserve your game-day bus!

Hialeah has a deep tradition of large, formal weddings — reception halls along West 49th Street and around the Hialeah-Miami Lakes area host multi-hundred-guest celebrations that start in the late afternoon and run well past midnight. Shuttling those guests between a hotel block on Okeechobee Road and a reception venue on the other side of the 826 is exactly the kind of itinerary that falls apart when you leave it to individual cars and rideshare apps.
A Hialeah wedding shuttle service gives your guests a smooth loop from hotel pickup to ceremony, from ceremony to reception, and from reception to hotel — on a schedule your planner controls, not a rideshare algorithm. Nobody in your wedding party has to navigate unfamiliar Hialeah one-way streets in formalwear or wait 20 minutes for a rideshare at midnight. For bridal party runs on the day itself, a 14-passenger Sprinter limo handles the smaller crew in style.
Because Party Bus Coral Gables has been handling group transportation since 2011, your wedding timeline stays on track with clear pickup windows and a single point of contact from your first quote to the final drop-off. Call 645-654-9620 for a free Hialeah wedding transportation quote!

Hialeah's bar and brewery scene is anchored by the Palm Avenue Historic District and a growing corridor of local craft spots along East 4th Avenue. A pub crawl bus rental keeps the whole group together across every stop — no splitting into rideshares between bars, no hunting for parking at each address, and no one sitting out a round because they're the designated driver.
Popular Hialeah-area stops include Veza Sur Brewing Co. (55 NW 25th St, Miami, FL 33127) in Wynwood, about 8 miles south via the 836; Tripping Animals Brewing (2685 NW 105th Ave, Miami, FL 33172) in Doral, less than 10 minutes west on the Gratigny; and The Tank Brewing Company (5100 NW 72nd Ave, Miami, FL 33166), Miami's largest independent brewery, right along the Palmetto corridor near MIA. A party bus rental in Hialeah keeps the itinerary moving on your timeline — the first pint to the last call, everyone on board, nobody left behind. Call 645-654-9620 for a free quote!

Loved the lighting inside, it made all our photos pop. The ride was smooth and the booking was quick. We bounced around Hialeah stress-free and got home safe. Highly recommend.
Lourdes M.
Honestly one of the easiest things I've ever booked. Clear quote, no hidden fees, and the bus showed up early. The night went exactly how I'd hoped. We'll definitely use them again.
Cyrus P.
Spacious, comfortable, and the AC was perfect. We had a big group and everyone fit with room to move. The timing was handled for us so we could just enjoy ourselves.
Hialeah party bus rental prices depend on vehicle size, date, and how long you need the bus. Our current rates: 14-passenger Sprinter limos run $170–$344/hour; 15–20 passenger party buses run $204–$378/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses run $244–$414/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses and minibuses run $294–$490/hour; and 40–56 passenger charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day. The fastest way to get an exact number for your date and itinerary is to call 645-654-9620 — all-inclusive pricing in under 30 seconds, no hidden costs.
We handle curbside pickup and drop-off at any address in Hialeah — a private residence, a hotel on Okeechobee Road, a school front loop, or a venue on Palm Avenue. Just tell us where and when, and our team confirms the plan so the bus is there when your group is ready. For airport runs, pickup and drop-off follow the commercial bus zones at MIA's Arrivals Level (Level 1) at the specific terminal doors — we walk you through the exact sequence when you book.
Yes — and that exact run is one of our most requested trips. The Palmetto approach to Hard Rock Stadium backs up well before kickoff, and the rideshare pickup zone in Lot 44 is an estimated 25-minute walk from the gates. A charter bus drops your group at the NW stadium corner for direct gate access, waits nearby during the game, and picks everyone up at a window your group sets in advance.
No walk, no surge fare, no guessing. Call 645-654-9620 to lock in your game-day bus.
Absolutely. Hialeah Park Racing & Casino (2200 E 4th Ave, Hialeah, FL 33013) is one of our most common local destinations for private group events, quinceañera photo stops, and race day outings. The main entrance is accessible via East 4th Avenue, and on featured race days the surrounding streets fill up fast.
A minibus or charter bus gets your group in and out without the parking scramble, and the undercarriage bays handle coolers, decorations, or any other gear your event requires.
It depends on your court size and guest count. For the quinceañera's immediate court and family — typically 14 to 25 people — a 14-passenger Sprinter limo or a 20-passenger party bus covers the group in style with LED lighting and a custom playlist already loaded. For larger combined guest shuttles between a hotel block and the reception venue, a 35- to 50-passenger bus handles the full group in one run.
Call 645-654-9620 with your headcount and we will match you with the right vehicle in minutes.
For most events, booking three to six months ahead locks in the best pricing and vehicle selection. Hialeah has specific crunch windows where supply gets thin fast: prom season (late April–May) books out by December across Miami-Dade County; quinceañera season peaks in spring and early summer; and Dolphins home games in the fall compress weekend availability significantly. For prom: book by December or expect premium pricing or no availability.
For weddings and large private events, nine to twelve months of lead time gives you the most options. Call 645-654-9620 to check availability for your date right now.
A Hialeah party bus itinerary can pull from a rich range of local and regional stops. Here are six destinations that Hialeah groups visit most — each with the logistics detail you need before you go.

Hialeah Park Racing & Casino is one of Miami-Dade's most storied venues — a National Historic Landmark with a restored 1925 grandstand, a live thoroughbred racing calendar, and a full casino floor. The park sits on 228 acres off East 4th Avenue between East 25th Street and East 32nd Street, and the main parking lots open roughly two hours before post time. On featured stakes race days, East 4th Avenue backs up from the park's east entrance, and the surface lots fill from the grandstand side inward.
A bus drops your group at the main entrance on East 4th Avenue while your vehicle waits in the oversized lot on the property's eastern perimeter.
Address: 2200 E 4th Ave, Hialeah, FL 33013
Phone: (305) 885-8000

Amelia Earhart Park is one of the largest and most visited parks in Miami-Dade County — 515 acres featuring Bass Lake with paddleboat rentals, a BMX track, equestrian facilities, picnic pavilions, and a petting zoo called Bill Graham Farm Village. The park has three vehicle entry points off East 65th Street and NW 57th Avenue, and on weekends the main Bass Lake pavilions book out months ahead. Group picnics and reunion events fill the park hard on spring and fall weekends, which makes parking in the main lots a genuine challenge for large parties.
A charter bus enters via the designated oversized vehicle lane on East 65th Street and parks at the north end of the main parking area.
Address: 401 E 65th St, Hialeah, FL 33013
Phone: (305) 685-8389

Westland Mall anchors the western end of Hialeah's retail corridor along West 49th Street — a 1.1-million-square-foot center with a mix of national anchors, local boutiques, and a food court that serves as a popular meetup point before and after Hialeah events. The mall sits at the intersection of West 49th Street and West 16th Avenue, with surface parking across a sprawling lot that connects to the Palmetto Expressway service road. For group shopping trips or pre-event meetups, a minibus pickup at the west side entrance near Macy's keeps the group coordinated without the individual car logistics.
The mall is also a convenient starting point for groups heading north on the Palmetto toward Hard Rock Stadium.
Address: 1675 W 49th St, Hialeah, FL 33012
Phone: (305) 558-1015

Milander Park is the heart of Hialeah's community event calendar — the amphitheater here hosts free outdoor concerts, the annual Hialeah Birthday Celebration in June, holiday festivals, and cultural events tied to the city's Cuban heritage throughout the year. Palm Avenue street parking fills completely on event nights, and the surrounding side streets off East 49th Street are residential and enforcement-heavy after 7 PM. A party bus or minibus rental drops your group on Palm Avenue near the park's main entrance and the bus waits on West 4th Avenue or in the Milander Center lot during the show — so you walk to the bus instead of hunting for it in the dark.
Address: 4800 Palm Ave, Hialeah, FL 33012

Zoo Miami is the largest and only tropical zoo in the continental United States — 740 acres, more than 3,000 animals, and 100-plus exhibits spread across a sprawling Miami-Dade campus roughly 20 miles south of Hialeah via the Palmetto Expressway and Florida's Turnpike. School groups and family reunions use the main parking lot off SW 152nd Street, and field-trip buses unload near the main entrance at the north end of the facility. The Turnpike toll on the way down and the 826/836 split on the return trip are the two most common sources of delay for Hialeah groups — a charter bus handles both while students relax with in-bus entertainment on the way back.
Admission varies by age; group rates are available with advance reservation.
Address: 12400 SW 152nd St, Miami, FL 33177

Kaseya Center is the home of the Miami Heat and one of the busiest concert venues in South Florida — 19,600 seats on the downtown waterfront, roughly 14 miles south of Hialeah via I-95 or the 836 East. On-site parking is nearly entirely reserved for premium and suite holders, and street parking within a half-mile fills by 5 PM on game nights. The official charter bus and taxi drop-off zone is Gate 3 on NE 8th Street on the arena's north side, steps from the box office windows and the main ADA-accessible entrance.
Rideshare pickup is at the corner of Bayshore Drive and HEAT Blvd — a walk from Gate 3 after the buzzer. We recommend reviewing the official Kaseya Center parking page before your visit.
