Booking was simple and the quote held all the way through. The bus was comfortable and clean, and pickup was right on time. It made our group outing feel organized and special.

Party Bus Coral Gables has been handling group transportation across South Florida for over 15 years, and North Miami is one of our busiest service corridors. Whether your group is heading north on US-1 toward Aventura or cutting west on NE 125th Street toward I-95 for a night out in Wynwood, we match your crew to the right vehicle and take care of every detail from first quote to final drop-off. We give you all-inclusive pricing in under 30 seconds — no hidden costs, no surprises when the invoice arrives.
Our 24/7 reservation team knows the North Miami streets, the Biscayne Boulevard congestion patterns, and the event calendars at venues your group actually visits. From quinceañeras at banquet halls near the Biscayne Corridor to school field trips departing North Miami Senior High, we've handled it all. Sprinter vans, 14-passenger Sprinter limos, party buses from 15 to 50 passengers, minibuses, and full 56-passenger charter buses — we have the vehicle your headcount actually needs, so you never overpay for empty seats.
Call 645-654-9620 any time for a quote at no obligation.
We give North Miami groups access to a complete fleet: compact Sprinter vans and 14-passenger Sprinter limos for VIP runs, 15- to 50-passenger party buses built for celebrations, 15- to 35-passenger minibuses for mid-size transfers, and 40- to 56-passenger charter buses for large-scale events. ADA-accessible vehicles are always available — just mention the need when you book.
Party buses in our North Miami fleet come loaded: full-length onboard bar, color-changing LED lighting, premium Bluetooth sound system, flat-panel TVs, and wraparound perimeter seating with a center dance area. That setup turns the ride from the hotel to Aventura Mall or the pre-party in Biscayne Park into its own event.
For corporate and airport runs, executive Sprinter vans offer premium leather seating, individual USB charging ports, and tinted privacy glass. Full-size charter buses add reclining seats, climate control, overhead storage bins, WiFi, power outlets at every row, onboard restrooms, and deep undercarriage bays — exactly what you need when the group is hauling luggage from Miami International Airport or equipment for a convention at the Kovens Conference Center.

North Miami groups keep coming back to Party Bus Coral Gables for one reason: we take care of the logistics completely. The Biscayne Boulevard corridor between NE 125th Street and the Golden Glades interchange is one of the most unpredictable stretches of road in Miami-Dade County on any Friday or Saturday night — rideshares cancel, cars split up, and someone always ends up circling a side street near the Museum of Contemporary Art looking for parking. One bus cuts all of that out.
We provide exact, all-inclusive pricing in under 30 seconds. Our reservation team is available 24/7/365, which matters when your event runs until 2 a.m. and you need someone who can actually adjust a pickup window, not an automated chatbot. We have been handling South Florida group transportation since 2011, which means we know the event-day road closures on NE 125th Street, the approach roads that back up around Hard Rock Stadium on NFL Sundays, and the parking constraints at every venue your group is likely to visit.
You get that knowledge baked into your itinerary from the moment you call.
We offer a wide variety of vehicles so your group never overpays for empty seats — and ADA-accessible options are always in the mix. Call 645-654-9620 to get started.
Party Bus Coral Gables handles group transportation for every kind of occasion in North Miami and across South Florida. Whatever brings your group together — airport transfers, game days, graduations, weddings, prom, pub crawls, or a school field trip — we have the right vehicle and a plan ready. Call 645-654-9620 to get your group moving.

Getting a large group in and out of Miami International Airport (MIA) (2100 NW 42nd Ave, Miami, FL 33142) is a logistical project on its own — and that's before you add MIA's notoriously congested arrivals curbside and the split between three terminal buildings. North Miami sits about 10 miles from the airport via NW 7th Avenue or the Palmetto Expressway, but that 10 miles can take 40 minutes on a Friday afternoon.
A North Miami airport shuttle bus rental replaces all of that with one call. Your group gathers with luggage at the arrivals door — Door 15 at the North Terminal, Doors 20, 24, or 26 at the Central Terminal, or Doors 31 and 34 at the South Terminal — and the bus waits in the commercial zone until your coordinator calls to confirm everyone is together. No splitting the group across multiple rideshares, no one standing alone on the curb at midnight.
We also run transfers to and from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) for groups whose flights route through Broward County. Call 645-654-9620 to book your North Miami airport transportation today.

North Miami puts your group within 20 minutes of South Beach, Wynwood, Brickell, and the Design District — which means a bachelorette itinerary can cover serious ground in one night without anyone worrying about who's driving or how you'll get back from Little Haiti at 1 a.m.
Start with cocktails at a rooftop spot in Brickell, move through the galleries and bars of Wynwood's NW 2nd Avenue, and close the night at E11even Miami (29 NE 11th St, Miami, FL 33132) — the 24-hour ultraclub that doesn't call last call. Our 15- to 50-passenger party buses come with a full-length bar, color-changing LEDs, and premium Bluetooth sound, so the celebration starts the moment your group boards in North Miami, not when you finally park. No drawing straws for a designated driver, no coordinating three separate Ubers at 2 a.m.
Everyone goes together and everyone gets home. Call 645-654-9620 to build your North Miami bachelorette itinerary.

North Miami has one of the densest concentrations of quinceañera and Sweet 16 venues in all of Miami-Dade — banquet halls along NE 125th Street and the Biscayne Corridor book out months in advance for weekend celebrations. A party bus arrival is one of the most memorable entrances the guest of honor can make, and it keeps the entire family together from home to hall without the parking scramble that hits every guest at a capacity-crowd event.
Our party buses are fully customizable — load a custom playlist, coordinate a color theme, and we can often match the bus exterior to your décor palette. For adult milestone birthdays headed to rooftop bars in Brickell or dinner in South Beach, an arranged North Miami birthday party bus rental means your guests step out of a celebration already in progress, not out of a parking garage two blocks away. We offer a wide variety of vehicle sizes so you never pay for empty seats.
Call 645-654-9620 any time to plan your North Miami celebration.

North Miami groups heading to concerts face a geography problem: the best venues in the region — Kaseya Center (601 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132), the FPL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park (301 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132), and Hard Rock Stadium (347 Don Shula Dr, Miami Gardens, FL 33056) — each sit in a different direction, and post-show rideshare demand at all three spikes hard once the final set ends.
A North Miami concert party bus rental solves the exit problem as much as the arrival. Your group boards together in North Miami, gets dropped at the venue entrance, and the bus waits nearby for a pre-arranged post-show pickup — no surge pricing, no fragmented caravan, no one stranded on Biscayne Boulevard at 11:30 p.m. Party buses in our fleet include a built-in bar, color-changing LED lighting, and Bluetooth sound to keep the energy up from your street to the gate.
For Ultra Music Festival at Bayfront Park each March, book at least 90 days out — vehicles book up by early January for that weekend. Call 645-654-9620 for a concert shuttle quote.

North Miami has a dense cluster of corporate campuses and conference facilities along the Biscayne Corridor and near the Kovens Conference Center at FIU Biscayne Bay Campus (3000 NE 151st St, North Miami, FL 33181) — and getting a team between those locations and downtown Miami hotels without losing an hour to I-95 congestion requires a plan.
A North Miami corporate bus rental keeps your staff together and on schedule. Shuttle employees between the Biscayne Bay Campus and downtown Miami hotels for a full-day conference, or set up executive transfers between the North Miami Beach corporate corridor and the Miami Beach Convention Center (1901 Convention Center Dr, Miami Beach, FL 33139) during Art Basel week in December, when Washington Avenue traffic backs up for blocks and rideshare demand triples. Full-size charter buses offer WiFi and individual power outlets, so the 30-minute ride south on I-95 becomes productive time instead of lost time.
Call 645-654-9620 to discuss North Miami corporate shuttle contracts.

Family reunions, church retreats, graduation celebrations, cultural festivals — North Miami hosts all of them, and every one of them benefits from keeping the group together in one vehicle instead of scattered across a five-car caravan on US-1.
The Oleta River State Park amphitheater events, the North Miami Arts Festival held along Biscayne Boulevard each fall, and large private gatherings at venues near the Biscayne Corridor all create the same challenge: parking fills fast, Biscayne Boulevard backs up before and after, and rideshare demand spikes the moment the event ends. A private charter bus handles your whole group for one flat, predictable rate — drop-off at the entrance, no parking costs, no surge pricing when the evening winds down. For multi-venue itineraries hitting Zoo Miami, Key Biscayne, and a dinner stop, one charter bus is far simpler than managing multiple car arrivals at every stop.
Call 645-654-9620 and we'll build a transportation plan scaled to your group.

Prom season runs from late April through May in North Miami-Dade, with schools including North Miami Senior High (800 NE 137th St, North Miami, FL 33161) and North Miami Beach Senior High (1247 NE 167th St, North Miami Beach, FL 33162) all holding their events within the same compressed six-week window. Vehicle availability for that entire window locks up fast — groups that call in December get the best vehicles at the best rates; groups that call in March find premium pricing and limited options.
For prom: book by December or expect premium pricing or no availability. A typical six-hour prom rental for 30 students — school pickup, a photo stop at Oleta River State Park, venue drop-off at a Miami Beach hotel ballroom, and an after-party return — runs $1,800–$2,200 all-inclusive when reserved four to six months early, but $2,800–$3,500+ if you wait until the last minute. Party Bus Coral Gables works directly with parent committees and student groups across North Miami-Dade to keep prom night on schedule.
Call 645-654-9620 today to secure your date.

Teachers and activity coordinators across North Miami trust Party Bus Coral Gables for school field trips because we understand what it takes — right bus size, right departure time, right number of seats, and a pickup that fits your school's traffic flow without disrupting dismissal.
Popular North Miami school field trip destinations include the Ancient Spanish Monastery (16711 W Dixie Hwy, North Miami Beach, FL 33160), the Museum of Contemporary Art North Miami (MOCA) (770 NE 125th St, North Miami, FL 33161), and the Frost Museum of Science (1101 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132) — each with different drop-off and pickup details that our team sorts out in advance. Charter buses provide overhead storage for backpacks and lunch bags, onboard DVD players to keep students engaged on longer drives, and ADA-accessible options for any student who needs them. For trips to the Everglades or the Kennedy Space Center in Titusville, onboard restrooms eliminate roadside stops entirely.
Call 645-654-9620 for North Miami school field trip bus rentals.

North Miami fan groups have three major venues pulling in three different directions — and game-day traffic patterns at each one are genuinely different. Hard Rock Stadium (347 Don Shula Dr, Miami Gardens, FL 33056) sits about 10 miles northwest via I-95 or NW 27th Avenue, but on Dolphins Sunday that stretch becomes a crawl once you hit the NW 199th Street interchange. Kaseya Center (601 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132) is 12 miles south, and the only commercial bus drop-off is at Gate 3 on NE 8th Street — steps from the main entrance, while rideshare fans face a longer walk from the designated lot.
A North Miami sporting event party bus rental keeps your crew in one vehicle, builds the tailgate into the ride, and puts everyone steps from the gates instead of a 25-minute walk from Lot 44 at Betty T. Ferguson Recreational Complex. For Heat games and Heat playoff runs, book 3–4 weeks out minimum — South Florida vehicle supply tightens quickly when the team advances. For World Cup 2026 matches at Hard Rock Stadium, reserve as soon as FIFA releases the fixture schedule.
Call 645-654-9620 to plan your North Miami game-day transportation.

North Miami weddings often span multiple venues across Miami-Dade — a ceremony at a Biscayne Bay waterfront spot, a reception at a hall near Aventura, and an after-party back in South Beach — and asking guests to self-navigate that loop in formal wear after an open bar is a recipe for a stressful end to an otherwise perfect evening.
A North Miami wedding shuttle keeps your guests together and on your timeline, not theirs. Run a continuous loop between the hotel and the ceremony venue, keep the bus at the reception for late-night returns, and let the bridal party arrive in a Sprinter limo while guests follow in a minibus. Nobody parks, nobody navigates, nobody in a bridesmaid dress is standing on a North Miami side street trying to hail a rideshare at midnight.
Party Bus Coral Gables has coordinated hundreds of South Florida wedding weekends since 2011 — we know how to keep a tight departure window even when the cocktail hour runs long. Call 645-654-9620 for a free North Miami wedding transportation quote.

North Miami's brewery and bar scene is younger and less mapped than Miami proper, which is exactly what makes a pub crawl through the area a genuine discovery — if someone else is handling the driving. The stretch from the J. Wakefield Brewing taproom in Wynwood up through the bars near MOCA on NE 125th Street and over to the craft cocktail spots in North Miami Beach covers real ground, and losing one person to a parking ticket or a wrong turn kills the momentum entirely.
A North Miami party bus rental keeps your tasting group together across every stop, cuts out the designated-driver conversation entirely, and means everyone can actually enjoy the last bar of the night instead of watching the clock. For winery itineraries that venture further afield — down to Schnebly Redland's Winery in Homestead or up to the South Florida craft distillery corridor — a full charter bus with onboard restrooms means your group doesn't need to cut the tour short. Call 645-654-9620 for a free North Miami pub crawl or winery tour quote.

Booking was simple and the quote held all the way through. The bus was comfortable and clean, and pickup was right on time. It made our group outing feel organized and special.

The ride was smooth and the inside was roomy for our crew. We had music going and everyone stayed together. No worries about getting home, which made the whole night better.
Sabine A.
Loved how easy it all was. The person on the phone was helpful, the price was clear, and the bus was clean and comfortable. We had a fantastic time and will absolutely book again.
Ezra T.
We got picked up on time and dropped off right where we needed to be. The bus was spacious and the AC kept us cool. The whole group had a great time touring North Miami.
North Miami party bus rental prices vary by vehicle size, date, and how long you need the bus. Current rates: 14-passenger Sprinter limos run $170–$344/hour; small party buses (15–20 passengers) run $204–$378/hour; mid-size (20–30 passengers) run $244–$414/hour; large party buses and minibuses (35–50 passengers) run $294–$490/hour; and full-size charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day. Pricing shifts by date and mileage, but you will always see the exact all-inclusive number before you book — no surprises.
Call 645-654-9620 for a live quote in under 30 seconds.
The official commercial bus and taxi drop-off zone at Kaseya Center is Gate 3 on NE 8th Street, on the north side of the arena directly adjacent to the box office windows. That puts your group steps from the main entrance and the ADA-accessible entry point. Rideshare pickup, by contrast, is at the corner of Bayshore Drive and HEAT Blvd — a longer walk from most seating sections.
Plan for about 25 minutes of travel time from North Miami to downtown on a non-event night; on game nights with I-95 congestion near the downtown interchange, build in 40–45 minutes. We recommend checking the official Kaseya Center parking and directions page before your event for any updated drop-off protocols.
At MIA, commercial buses wait in the designated holding lot and pull to the curbside arrivals zone when the group coordinator calls to confirm the full party is together with luggage. The pickup doors are: Door 15 at the North Terminal (Concourse D), Doors 20, 24, and 26 at the Central Terminal (Concourses E, F, G), and Doors 31 and 34 at the South Terminal (Concourses H and J). The critical rule: don't call for the bus until every member of your group is off their connecting flights and standing together at the agreed arrivals door — timing is everything at a busy airport.
MIA sits about 10 miles from central North Miami via NW 7th Avenue, typically 20–30 minutes outside peak traffic hours.
December is the answer — not April, not two weeks before the event. North Miami-Dade County high schools, including North Miami Senior High and North Miami Beach Senior High, all hold proms within a narrow April–May window, and that compressed demand means available vehicles at reasonable rates disappear by late winter. Groups that book in December pay $185–$300/hour; groups that wait until March or April face $337–$490+/hour or find nothing available at any price.
The math on a typical 6-hour, 30-person rental: $1,800–$2,200 all-inclusive booked early vs. $2,800–$3,500+ booked late. For prom: book by December. Call 645-654-9620 now to lock in your date before the window closes.
Absolutely. Full-size charter buses in our fleet carry deep undercarriage luggage bays built for exactly this kind of trip — cruise groups hauling rolling luggage, garment bags, and carry-ons for a week at sea. PortMiami (1015 N America Way, Miami, FL 33132) sits about 14 miles from North Miami, and charter buses enter via the port bridge onto Dodge Island following "Cruise Terminals" signage to your ship's specific curbside drop-off zone.
Each terminal — Royal Caribbean's Terminal A, Norwegian's Terminal B, MSC's Terminal AA — has its own separate approach road and drop-off lane. Confirm your exact terminal with your cruise line before departure morning and share it with us when you book, so there's no wrong-terminal scramble on embarkation day.
For most events outside peak season, two to four weeks of lead time is workable — but earlier always means better vehicle selection and better pricing. For high-demand windows, the rules change: prom season (April–May) requires a December booking to guarantee availability; Ultra Music Festival weekend in March sees South Florida vehicles book up by January; and Dolphins home games and playoff runs can tighten available inventory within two weeks of a big matchup. Art Basel Miami Beach in early December is another stretch where corporate and event shuttles lock up vehicles months out.
The safest answer: call 645-654-9620 as soon as your date and headcount are confirmed.
From waterfront museums to nationally recognized concert venues, North Miami puts your group within reach of some of South Florida's most visited destinations. Here are six spots our groups head to most — with the logistical details that actually matter when you're moving a crowd.

MOCA is the heart of the North Miami arts scene, with rotating contemporary exhibitions and a Jazz at MOCA series that draws hundreds of attendees to the outdoor plaza on the last Friday of each month. The museum sits directly on NE 125th Street — one of North Miami's primary east-west corridors — and street parking along 125th fills quickly on Jazz nights. A minibus drops your group curbside at the main entrance and waits on a nearby side street, so nobody wastes time hunting for parking.
Admission is free for North Miami residents; general admission runs $10. Plan for 1.5–2 hours for a full gallery walkthrough. The Jazz series runs year-round; summer dates sell out the fastest.

Oleta River State Park is Florida's largest urban park — 1,043 acres of mangrove forest, mountain bike trails, kayak launches, and open-air picnic pavilions on the edge of Biscayne Bay. Group events here range from corporate team-building days to family reunions and church retreats. The main entrance off NE 163rd Street funnels into a parking area that fills by mid-morning on weekends; a bus drops your entire group at the entrance gate and cuts out the multi-car parking scramble on a busy Saturday.
The park also serves as a pre-prom photo destination for North Miami-area students — the waterfront backdrop at sunset is one of the most popular shoot locations in Miami-Dade.

The Ancient Spanish Monastery is a 12th-century Cistercian cloister originally built in Sacramenia, Spain, shipped to the United States in 1925 by William Randolph Hearst, and reassembled stone by stone on its current North Miami Beach site. It is one of the oldest European structures in the Western Hemisphere and one of the most sought-after wedding ceremony venues in South Florida. Parking on W Dixie Highway is limited and the surrounding streets narrow — for wedding groups, a charter bus shuttling guests from the hotel removes the parking problem entirely and keeps arrivals on time.
Tours run Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m.–4 p.m., and Sunday 11 a.m.–4 p.m.

Aventura Mall is the largest mall in Florida and the third-largest in the United States by retail space, with over 300 stores, a 24-screen AMC theater, and the internationally recognized Aventura Mall Sculpture Collection throughout its interior. It sits about four miles north of North Miami on Biscayne Boulevard — close enough to drive, but Biscayne Boulevard northbound on a Saturday afternoon is a 40-minute crawl, and the parking garages fill by noon on weekends and holidays. A minibus or Sprinter van from North Miami drops your shopping group at the main entrance and picks everyone up at an agreed time, skipping the garage search entirely.
For holiday weekends, the mall's surrounding roads back up from US-1 to the Turnpike.

Hard Rock Stadium hosts the Miami Dolphins, University of Miami Hurricanes football, the annual Orange Bowl, the Miami Open tennis tournament, the F1 Miami Grand Prix, and seven FIFA World Cup 2026 matches. From North Miami, the stadium sits about 10 miles northwest — easily 45–60 minutes on a Dolphins Sunday once NW 199th Street approaches reach peak congestion. Rideshare pickup is in Lot 44 at Betty T. Ferguson Recreational Complex (3000 NW 199th St, Miami Gardens, FL 33056), an estimated 25-minute walk from the stadium gates.
A charter bus drops your group at the NW corner for direct gate access. All event-day parking requires pre-purchased passes; none are sold on site.
Address: 347 Don Shula Dr, Miami Gardens, FL 33056

Kaseya Center is the downtown Miami home of the Miami Heat, with a 19,600-seat capacity and a waterfront position overlooking Biscayne Bay. On-site parking is nearly entirely reserved for premium seat holders, and general on-site parking is effectively nonexistent for most ticket buyers. The commercial bus drop-off is at Gate 3 on NE 8th Street, north side of the arena, directly next to the box office — steps from the main entrance.
The nearest public garage is at Bayside Marketplace (401 Biscayne Blvd), about a six-minute walk away. After the game or concert, coordinate your pickup window with our team in advance so the bus is waiting nearby when you exit — not hunting for a rideshare in a post-game surge. We recommend reviewing the official Kaseya Center parking and directions page before your visit.
